The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation makes a difference to thousands in the community. Established in 1991, the Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports community endeavors in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Much of the Foundation's work is directed towards youth activities, through the building of youth baseball parks, by creating and maintaining a number of youth incentive programs, and by providing an extensive program to award college scholarships to area students.

The Foundation is funded by a number of Texas Rangers' special events and activities as well as corporate and personal contributions.

Mystery Autographed Baseballs
On May 18 during the Diamond Boot Softball game prior to the Astros vs. Rangers game, the Texas Rangers Wives will sell Mystery Baseballs at the Rangers Foundation table on the concourse near the Home Plate Gate. Baseballs are autographed in the sweet spot by every 2008 team member as well as former Rangers, including baseball greats Nolan Ryan and Fergie Jenkins.

For a $50 donation, you get to choose a wrapped baseball – whose autograph is inside is a mystery. All donors may also enter to win a framed, autographed team poster. Proceeds benefit the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation. For more information, please call 817-273-5207.
